Reflection: What this quote is
trying to tell us is that whatever wrong thing you do, you will always end up
feeling guilty for what you done, unless you forgive or give them your forgiveness
in order to feel good again. That guilt inside you is your spirit that is
telling you to do something about it because if you don’t you and it will not
be in peace. Example: forgive the people you betray because, if you don’t you
will be alone and have no one to turn to.
