“Nothing in the world can take the place of PERSISTANCE.
TALENT:  will not; nothing is more common and unsuccessful men with talent.
GENUIS: will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
EDUCATION: will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan `Press on` has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”
Calvin Coolidge

Reflection: this statement can be based on how failure is a giving path to success. Failure might bring you down and disappoint you but, one thing for sure is that if you never give up than, you goal/dream will be accomplished. I see it as how failure is a test. Is a test to prove that you really want to do it and are 100% sure you ready and really want it. Then when failure finally know that you’re really committed than, it will let you successes. There will always be failure in life no matter where you are. It is a way of demonstrated how it can be able to change one person life just by succeeding a goal. By succeeding a goal it will give you so much of a less stress that you`ll want to be able to accomplish the rest of your goals.

Matt Biondi

When I saying that failure is sometimes the path of achieving your goal, is by knowing that having to make mistakes is what would make you better in the future. Example: There is a game of flappy bird and, I always get frustrated because, I could never pass the score or the tube and I keep losing. The answer to these questions will determine your success or failure:
1.    Can people trust me to do what`s right?

If the answer to these questions is YES, there are no way you can fail?”
Lou Holtz

Third question yes I do treat people the way I want to be treated. After, I had finished with answering this question; I can prove myself that I might not even become or be a failure in the future or past. Lou Holtz is trying to prove to use that even ourselves can be believable that we can’t be a failure to what we put our thoughts on. Lou Holtz is trying to prove/explain to us that we can`t be failure if we/ourselves know that we are not a failure. Example: If you can’t swim but, you want to swim in the 12 feet. “Never look to the ground for your next step. Greatness belongs to those who look to the horizon.”
Bud Greenspan

Bud Greenspan quote is explaining how looking at the horizon when, trying to achieve a greater goal is the path of inspiration than the floor. When looking at the floor, it’s like being able to doubt yourself. As another quote would say “keep looking forward and never turn back” as, the horizon is looking forward it never turn back its just always there. When never turning back would be the same as to don`t look at the floor. Looking at the floor could be a sign as to doubting yourself, if you’re going to be able to make it or give up.

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is a subtle and complex. Much its not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks new: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is health and strong."
