This reflection is saying that if you know what you are doing is wrong than why do it if you know it`s going to turn out bad. Example: When you are cheating at a test and you know it`s wrong but you still do it and the teacher sees you that you are cheating the consequence would ebt hat you go a zero for your test.

The video Cytotechnologist  is about how people really like their carrer and how it matches tham for who they wanted to be. It deals with science and you can do experiments on your laboratory. You get to work at hospitals. You can work on human body cells and see what is going on and how they work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cytology is the study of human body cells. Cytotechnologists are specially trained clinical technologist who studies human body cells. They examine cells to identify changes that may indicate disease like cancer.

Their duties include preparing microscope slides of cells samples, examining cells samples using microscope, identifying abnormalities in shape, size, color, using other automated lad equipment to perform test results to physicians.

Cytotechnologists usually work in hospitals, clinics, or private laboratories. They also work in universities or for other researchers.

Average Salary: $30,000-$50,000

Educational Requirements:

Should take the most challenging high school courses in Science, Math, and English.
Almost all cytotechnologist earn bachelor`s degrees in medical or clinical   technology programs that include a year-long clinical internship in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Rehabilitation or mental health counselors work with the mentally, emotionally, and physically disabled. It is their job to help patients develop more faith in themselves. They work with patients to help them become self-sufficient and productive. Counselors often work closely with their patients` doctors and family. Counselors may work in private practice, for schools, industry, or in hospital or residential health care setting. Counselors often:

·        Work with patients who abuse alcohol or addicted to drugs.

·        Interview and observe patients to determine problem areas.

·        Conduct personality, aptitude, achievement, and psychological tests.

·        Help patients find and keep jobs.

·        Average Salary: $25,000-$45,000

Educational Requirements:

Students interested in becoming counselors should take a challenge high school curriculum.

A bachelor’s degree in education psychology or, sociology is the minimum requirement for low level counseling jobs, but  a master`s degree id  required for most.to become licensed by a state, counselor must pass written and oral examination and work for about two years in a supervised clinical setting.

Record administrators must complete a bachelor`s degree program in the field and pass a certification examination.

There are a variety of job specialist within this field including Registered Records Administrators, Accredited Records Technicians, and certified Coding Specialists. Administrators coordinate the various information management responsibilities and supervise record Technicians and coding Specialists. Records technicians ensure medical records are accurate, coordinate reimbursement, and maintain disease registries for research. Coding specialist assign and post correct diagnose and procedure code to insurance companies.

Clinical Laboratory Specialists include both clinical Laboratories Technicians and Clinical Technologists. These Professionals also referred to as Medical Laboratory Technicians or Medical Technologists.

Both Technicians and Technologist Perform Laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and treat disease.

Clinical laboratory technicians us microscopes, laboratory equipment, chemicals and computers to perform laboratory procedures. They also collect blood specimen and prepare culture media. They conduct test reports for clinical technologists or physicians.

Most programs led to certification and/or associate degrees. Some employees will hire electronic technicians and provide on-the- job biomedical technology training.
