can improve my own health by exercising every day. I have to reduce stress and
always maintain a positive thinking. I need to be more active and serve certicy
to others so the good can spread. I would have to stay away from the people
that smoke so I can prevent smoking and not start it, in the first place. I can
maintain myself in a well healthy diet. Not show or give out negativity.
