Duties and
Responsibilities: they use x-ray machines, ultra sound, machines, magnetic
resonance scanners, and other type of advance technologist that would help
diagnosed and treat illness and injuries. Their responsibilities are to explain
and get patients ready for a radiological test and treatment that will be
caused. They are to assure that the equipment would be properly maintained.
They work/assist in hospitals, clinics, medical laboratories, nursing homes
and, in a private industry.
Average Salary: $24,000-$36,000
Education: Student should be able to take Math, science and English
classes if wish to become a Radiologic Technologist. To become a Radiologic you
will need to take a 2 year training program in a hospital or school, with a
high school diploma or GED certificate.
Reflection: I would like to be a Radiological Technologist
because, it would be a good back up career. It sound quite interesting and has
a good salary wining per year.
