What this quote is try to explain,
is that to be better take work. If someone wants to become big than it would
take a little self- credit to make it happen. Example (E.G): If someone wants
to be somebody in life than they would need to do good in school and have a
good career and, that take work in order to reach that goal. If you really
want/desire something in life, than you would need to work for it to happen.
